The extra-gentle, absorbent wound liquor made of viscose fleece is coated with polypropylene. This prevents sticking to the wound and enables the dressing to be changed with little pain without impairing wound healing.

Leukomed ®is permeable to air and water vapor, which reduces the risk of skin macerations. The rounded corners prevent the bandage from rolling up and ensure secure fixation.

Leukomed ® can be removed without leaving any residue despite its good immediate and permanent adhesive strength.
